Notting Hill. One of the dreamiest parts of London and an absolute Instagram & photographers dream. Similar to Greenwich, it's been one of those places that I've always wanted to visit. It has the prettiest and most colourful houses - those kind that you can probably only dream of owning, one day.
My visit to Notting Hill was pretty fleeting, having only spent a few hours there one afternoon, but I still absolutely loved it. We didn't get the chance to sit down and find somewhere beautiful for coffee or lunch but instead, we spent the afternoon simply wandering around and taking photos. Every road we went down there was another building or house to be in awe of.
Obviously, we found Portobello Road and it's market. The day we visited, it was the most beautiful day, and so the whole street was filled with stalls and people, and there was something about the hustle and bustle that really brought the place to life and it was lovely.
After taking hundreds of photos of the colourful houses, we went to find the blue door from the movie (and if you don't know what I'm talking about then I'm not sure we can friends anymore tbh ;) ). Although, I'm not going to lie... it's literally just a blue door. It's someone's front door and a little underwhelming when you finally find it, haha!
If I had enough money, I would absolutely move to Notting Hill. It's so pretty, elegant and there's just something about it that made me happy. My aim is get back here soon and spend the whole day there, wandering around again, but also finding some of those amazing places to eat and drink, too!
