Interior decor - bedroom wish list!

Interior Decor Bedroom Oliver Bonas Next

As most of you know, I am a sucker for homeware and interior decor. I just love it. It's still one of my life ambitions to get myself my own little place as a complete blank canvas, and then be able to completely decorate and accessorise the place how I want. Put my own stamp on it, as they say.
I love nothing better than a good walk round the 'Home' departments of shops, and I normally lust over most of the things in there.

I'm lucky enough to have moved out into my own little flat last year, and my bedroom is probably my safe haven there. It's my own little space in the flat to accessorise how I want. I can't decorate yet as I'm still renting, but to be honest, the white-wash walls throughout the flat suit me and my Instagram just fine. ;)

I have plenty of little accessories and little bits-and-bobs that are in my room at the minute, and I do love what it looks like now, after months of re-arranging and attempting to hang fairy lights in various places. However, this doesn't mean I can't carry on looking for bits of home inspo! So, I thought I'd put this little post together with a few little things that I'm currently loving and wishing I could grab!

1 Oliver Bonas Bertie Wooden Desk | I don't know about you, but I literally swoon over anything Oliver Bonas, and this desk is no exception. How cool would this be as your own little designated blogging space! I love the unstained finish, as well as the colours and simplicity of the drawers and the whole design. Whack my Mac and some copper accessories on the top, and I don't think I'd be lacking in any blog inspiration working here! Oh, and a cup of tea. Obvs.

2 Yorkshire Linen Canterbury Red Duvet Cover | As much as I love the modern and minimalist look of a plain white duvet (currently guilty) and whole bedroom look, I'm a little bit of a country bumpkin at heart, and would love nothing more than to live in a lovely little cottage at some point in the future. Wouldn't this beautiful floral duvet just fit right in? The pink and red roses are so lovely, and I'm also loving the pink polka dot on the reverse. Two designs with one duvet!

Next Rustic Numeral Wall Clock | I HATE being late. It makes me so anxious I feel sick, so this means that I need a good number of ways to tell the time in my room when I'm getting ready. Normally, I have my phone to hand, my watch on my wrist, as well as a clock near my mirror also. As soon as I spotted this clock I loved it. I love the rustic look of the whole thing, and well,  I think it would look pretty good with my new found Oliver Bonas desk, right? I feel like it would also look pretty great with the Canterbury Duvet, as it's got an ever so slightly country feel to it too. The colours and the numerals and the shape... oh I just love it!

What would be on your bedroom wish-list? Let me know!

Soph

  4. Oliver Bonas products put heart symbols into my eyes, and this is no exception! I've just ordered some new bedding and tried to go half and half - a touch of pale grey/pink parisian heart-print, bring it to life!

  5. I love the desk, it gives off a rustic yet modern feel at the same time! I can totally imagine myself sitting there, typing away in a perfectly arranged table deco (though not so much in real life because my table in reality has way too many paper stacked on it) with a soy candle lit ;) that's the dream... ooh and yes to floral duvets and cottages! I swear I daydream about getting my 'holiday cottage' at some point in my life (ha ha) and frolicking in the summer fields... oh boy!
